We are locally owned and operated by people right here in Fort Collins.
We are a market as well as a restaurant. We are happy to special order fish you may be craving.
We don’t serve farmed fish largely recognized to be harmful to the environment.
We do not list all of the ingredients for each dish we serve. Therefore, if you have an allergy or aversion to a particular food, let us know prior to ordering.
We do not have celiac safe fryer oil. Therefore, all fried items on our gluten free menus, while gluten-free, should not be consumed by celiacs or those with extreme gluten intolerance.
We sell most of our fish by weight (except for oysters and shrimp cocktails, for instance). Thus, the number of scallops, or crab legs, or calamari rings & tentacles that you get in your order may vary.
We participate in many environmentally friendly initiatives, including recycling, the use of recycled & recyclable materials for our to go boxes, table coverings & retail packaging, compostable to go bowls, solar power sources to run our website & recycled & PSC-certifed papers for our menus.
We generally do not accept coupons or discounts for promotional specials, on major holidays, or on weekends.
20% Gratuity for parties of 6 or more may be added by your server, though it is up to his or her discretion.
We are committed to serving only the freshest fish.
We don’t serve threatened or endangered species, though it is difficult to agree upon which those are.
We don’t catch the fish. Please understand the availability of fish can be very spotty & is definitely seasonal. We cannot always get every fish every day. Additionally, we keep only the freshest fish available. Consequently, you may find that we are temporarily out of your favorite fish, but don’t despair . . .We are here to help, & will find you a really great alternative in our fish selection that you will find delicious.
We use trans-fat free oils for all of our cooking, have a gluten free menu, & we will cater to other dietary restrictions you may have.

As stated on our back menu cover, consuming raw or undercooked seafood or shellfish, though mighty tasty, may increase your risk of contracting any number of food-born illnesses.

We like kids, have a Small Fry menu, & offer a free kids meal on Mondays with corresponding entrée purchase.
