Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Chef’s Challenge
July 11 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm$100
Cystic Fibrosis is a terrible disease, and one that effects some of our FIsh family personally. For this reason, we will be participating along with our friends from Chimney Park in the Chef’s Challenge benefitting The Cystic Fibrosis Foundationthis Thursday, June 11th! Mile High Station and Ironworks will be turned into a culinary battleground as chefs from Denver and the surrounding areas will compete for “best dish.” Guests will have the opportunity to mingle and meet the chefs, and watch as they whip up their fabulous creations. After sampling all of the tasty treats, guests will vote on their favorite and the winning chef will be announced at the end of the evening. Complimentary wine, beer and spirits will be served as well, along with other delicious appetizers and a silent auction.
Chefs Louis Devens from Fish and Kyle Higgins of Chimney Park will be serving a delectable dessert- blackberry sour cream cake with vanilla ice cream and candied pecans, drizzled with a champagne gastrique and finished with fresh blackberries. If you’d like to purchase tickets to this nifty day of food and fun, they are $100 each and can be purchased by clicking this sentence. It’s going to be a deliciously fun evening in a pretty WOW location, and we hope to see some of you there!
