Scallops Veracruz - Seared and then baked with tomatoes, kalamata olives, capers, shallots, cinnamon, and red wine

Himachi - Five spice seared with wasabi sour cream and basil chile sauce

Walleye - Blackened with green chile mango chutney and cilantro jalepeno sour cream.

Soft Shell Crab Egg Rolls -
Crunchy soft shell crabs, pickled ginger, cabbage, carrots, and spicy sprouts in a crispy egg roll shell with two dipping sauces: citrus sweet thai chili and sweet peanut.

Entreé
Peachykeen Ono -
Wild Hawaiin ono grilled, served with house made chipotle barbeque sauce and topped with Palisade peach chutney.

Koban Salmon - Wild Alaskan salmon coated in miso atop Hazel Dell mushrooms and shallots, wrapped in paper and slow roasted.
